A Nash County business is listed as a massage parlor, but county tax records show it is a church.

The building located on Church Street in Nash County has a sign that reads "Freedom Temple of the Inner Peace" and a sign above that one that reads:"Touch With Klass."

A woman who said she did not want to be interviewed showed WRAL's John Bachman a sign that read Touch With Klass has not operated as an adult business for seven years. She claims it is a nature-based church.

The Touch With Klass Web site also has racy images and links to exotic adult-businesses. The site includes a schedule of counselors, all of them women, some working until 2 a.m.

The business is listed in the 2004 Nash County tax records as a church, but they have not filed for any tax exemption as a church, which means the county tax administrator has no legal reason to investigate the claim.

The chairman of a Nash County commission told WRAL that he is concerned about the business being listed as a church, and it does not fit his description as a holy place.
