RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh made an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run on Maple Street a week ago.
Michael Davis, 32, is charged with felony hit-and-run and driving with a revoked license.
Police say Davis struck 19-year-old Jason Rivera around 11:30 p.m. on April 15 and did not stop, resulting in Rivera's death.
