RALEIGH, N.C. — There is more legal trouble for a Raleigh man accused of trying to cut off his wife's hands.
A Wake County grand jury indicted Victor Achonu on a maiming charge.
Achonu is already charged with attempted murder.
Investigators say he attacked his wife at their home on Bracey Place in October.
