FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Cumberland County grand jury has returned 18 more indictments against a Fayetteville businessman.
Anthony Allen is now accused of bilking 42 elderly people out of more than $5 million, but prosecutors suspect they may still find hundreds of other victims in this case.
Authorities said they consider the embezzlement case the biggest in Cumberland County history.
