Rebekah Revels' former boyfriend is speaking out about the topless photos that cost Revels her Miss North Carolina crown. Tosh Welch and Revels have different takes on the pictures. Revels claims he took them without her permission, but Welch said there is no doubt that she posed for them.

Revels sued the Miss North Carolina pageant after her crown was taken away even though none of the officials saw the photos. Welch told "Inside Edition" that he did not mind talking about what the pictures show.

"You take a pageant pose when they are introducing the contestants and pull the dress off. That is exactly what she looked like," he said. "She is standing there with her body slated to the side with her hands on her hips with a big smile."

Welch said he did not tell the pageant about the photos out of revenge. Now, he wants the truth to come out which he said the public will not get from Revels.

Last week, a jury ordered him to pay Revels $11,000 for damages he caused when she lost the title as Miss North Carolina. As for Revels, her lawsuit against the state pageant is still pending.
