RALEIGH, N.C. — A California couple accused of embezzlement is in the Wake County Jail.
Kelvin and Sandra Joiner are accused of taking $110,000 in illegal insurance payments.
The Joiners were arrested in Wake County Monday and are awaiting extradition to California.
They are each being held on $1 million bond.
