CARY, N.C. — Funeral services were held in Cary Thursday for two missionaries who were killed in Iraq.
Jean and Larry Elliott were part of a Baptist missionary group at work in Iraq when they were killed in a drive-by shooting on March 15.
The missionaries had been in the country only a month, assessing humanitarian needs.
