WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury indicted a Zebulon attorney Monday who is accused of stealing thousands of dollars.
Jonathan Koffa is charged with embezzlement and writing worthless checks.
Koffa, a former Zebulon town manager and Rolesville city attorney, turned himself into authorities last month after being on the run for months.
