DUNN, N.C. — A suspected Johnston County Peeping Tom is behind bars.
Dunn police arrested Cornellius Higdon Thursday night.
Higdon is suspected of spying on women in public restrooms at the Smithfield Wal-Mart and at Johnston Community College.
Higdon worked at the Wal-Mart store He is charged with three counts of secret peeping and one count of assault.
