Wake Deputies Crash Responding To Call

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — Two Wake County sheriff's deputies crashed Thursday night on Log Farm Road just outside Zebulon.

Investigators say Deputy Randolph Baity overshot a turn and struck the passenger side of the other cruiser around 9:30 p.m.

Baity was taken to WakeMed with minor injuries. The other officer was not hurt.
