JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — One of the victims in a Johnston County Peeping Tom case is talking about what happened.
Deanna Minick said she and her daughter were in the bathroom at a Wal-Mart last Thursday. Minick said she saw a man peer over her daughter's stall.
When Minick chased after him, she discovered that he was a Wal-Mart employee.
"The door greeter lady knew him," Minick said. "She said, 'Hey, how are you doing?'"
Police reviewed surveillance video and issued two arrest warrants for Cornellius Higdon.
Investigators believe he is a suspect in a peeping case at Johnston County Community College that same day.
