RALEIGH, N.C. — Change is coming to the Raleigh skyline with the addition of a 14-story building at West Jones and Harrington streets.
Developers are already showing off pictures of the building.
The $35 million project includes office space, a conference center, residential space and parking.
Construction is scheduled to start this summer.
