RALEIGH, N.C. — The city of Raleigh will not just take your trash next week, but possibly your trash cans as well.
Residents in the pilot trash program will lose their city-issued cans.
The city council dumped the idea of expanding the curbside pilot program.
The cans will be cleaned and returned to the company at no charge except shipping costs.
