NCCU Chancellor, Students Take Recruiting Trip Across State

Posted Updated

MOORE COUNTY, N.C. — It may be spring break, but some NCCU faculty and students are hard at work.

Chancellor James Ammons is leading a 15-city recruiting tour of the state. He took along with him, The NCCU Spirit, a singing, dancing, and acting ensemble that tells the story of the university.

The tour was at North Moore High School in Robbins and E.E. Smith High School in Fayetteville on Wednesday.

Ammons also offered scholarships to students on the spot.
