RALEIGH, N.C. — David McKnight strums his mandolin on busy Hillsborough Street. He's happy being here everyday, playing his music and watching the world flutter by.
He's often joined by a feathered friend who grabs a nearby perch and joins McKnight in a sidewalk symphony.
To McKnight, it's as if a little angel is watching over him.
