RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are going high-tech when it comes to handing out tickets.
The department will join three other Wake County police departments in handing out e-tickets.
Officials believe the system is more efficient and more thorough.
The use of the e-ticket system lets officers perform better checks on vehicles and drivers.
