FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The victim of a Feb. 18 shooting at Cude and Powell Street in Fayetteville has died.
Timothy Haggins, 38, was found lying in the roadway at 11:15 p.m. Feb. 18 with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported in critical condition to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he died Sunday.
Detectives said they are continuing with their investigation and that evidence shows the shooting was drug-related.
