WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — Construction work at a school in Wake County hit a snag.
Vandals damaged a building under renovation at Wake Forest Elementary School on Jones Dairy Road.
Authorities said the vandals destroyed televisions, windows, computers, desks and chairs. Damage is estimated to be worth thousands of dollars.
The vandalism happened some time between Friday afternoon and noon Monday.
