GARNER, N.C. — The medical examiner's report is out on the death of a Garner teen, but it does not offer much.
Something killed 16-year old Joshua Davis as he walked on a neighborhood road in January. The official cause of death is listed in the report as "undetermined."
Investigators have not been able to pinpoint exactly what happened.
Police are still working leads in the case.
