RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police charged a man Thursday for causing a deadly crash near downtown.
Two cars collided at the intersection of Wilmington and Chapanoke Streets Wednesday morning. Esther Santos died in the accident.
Alvin Banks faces several charges, including driving without a license.
