CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Cumberland County's blood donor center needs your help.
Technicians say they have had a major drop in type-O blood. Apparently, two patients desperately needed that blood type and went through it very quickly.
The center tries to keep 50 units of type-O blood, but one patient went through almost half of that in one night.
The center is down to 12 units.
