Man Accused In Durham Home Invasion Case To Remain In Jail

One of two cousins suspected in a deadly home invasion will stay behind bars.

Brian Hargrove will not be allowed to bond out of jail.

A Durham judge rejected defense arguments that he has a "stable background," served in the Navy and is not likely to skip town.

Hargrove and his cousin, Dennis Hargrove, are accused of killing a woman, shooting a child in the eye and wounding two others on Markham Avenue last summer.
