Crews Extinguish Vehicle Fire On Highway 64

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — A family of four escaped a dangerous situation on Highway 64 just outside the Beltline.

The driver of a dump truck said he was pulling onto the highway around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday when a car rear-ended him and burst into flames.

It appears no one was seriously hurt.
