WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — A jury ruled Friday that New Fortis Corp. is not negligent for water problems at a Wake County subdivision.
Hundreds of homeowners in the Neuse Crossing subdivision dealt with heavy sediment from their wells for several months.
The city of Raleigh eventually stepped in to supply water to residents.
