DURHAM, N.C. — North Carolina Central University received a generous visit from an RBC Center regular.
"Stormy," the mascot for the Carolina Hurricanes, presented a check Friday to University Chancellor James Ammons.
The money will go to the Oxford Manor School and Family Center, a program to help low-income families.
