DOT To Shut Down Outer Beltline Exit For Repairs Friday

RALEIGH, N.C. — The state Department of Transportation will shut down the Interstate 440 exit to Interstate 40 westbound at Cary Crossroads Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Jerry Linder of the DOT said the closing is necessary to repair a pipe failure under the exit ramp.

Detours will be in place.
