GARNER, N.C. — Police plan to interview several people Wednesday in connection with the death of a Garner teen.
In January, 16-year-old Joshua Davis was found dead on the side of the road.
Police still do not know if the teenager's death was murder or an accident.
A cash reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
