RALEIGH, N.C. — Mary Alice Turner,
who lost five children and a grandchild in an Onslow County mobile-home fire last July,
has been arrested in Johnston County.
Johnston County issued warrants for Turner's arrest when she did not show up for a court date in September.
She was arrested last Friday in Onslow County.
Turner faces two dozen charges, mostly for forgery.
Onslow County Sheriff Ed Brown said her remaining children are in the custody of a family member.
