WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — The state revoked the license of a home day care in Raleigh following charges the owner abused a child.
Martha Williams, owner of Kidtz Town located on Meadowlark Lane, is accused of beating a 2-year-old girl with a window blind rod. The girl allegedly had bruises on her bottom.
Williams is charged with misdemeanor child abuse. She filed an appeal Thursday with the State Division of Child Development.
