DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham man is accused of inappropriately touching a female patient at a Chapel Hill nursing facility where he used to work.
Max Ganse, 33, is charged with a second-degree sex offense.
The incident allegedly happened at the Chapel Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center on East Franklin Street sometime between early December and early January.
