VANCE COUNTY, N.C. — The Vance County Board of Education approved a new dress code for students and teachers Monday.
The new code forbids students from wearing low rise and extra baggy pants at school.
The staff code forbids nose, eye and tongue rings at work.
It also restricts employees from wearing jeans and sweat suits unless they are engaged in physical activity.
