Cary, N.C. — A Cary man arrested in the fall during a statewide child pornography bust now faces charges in connection with allegations that he took dozens of sexually suggestive photos of a 14-year-old boy.
Kyle Martin Inch, 26, of 1314 Brook Arbor Way, was charged Tuesday with two counts of statutory rape, three counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of indecent liberties with a child.
Arrest warrants allege that, between March 2009 and August 2011, Inch took at least 195 photos of the boy in "sexually lewd and lascivious poses" and of the boy being sexually abused.
Inch was arrested Oct. 10 on 11 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was one of more than 25 people arrested part of Operation Spyglass, a statewide crackdown on the trafficking of sexually explicit photos and videos of children.
Detectives were able to identify the victim as the result of Inch's arrest in that sting, police said.
Investigators are still going through evidence from his computer and say that they suspect there are more photos.
Inch, who has been in jail since his October arrest, was in the Wake County jail Wednesday morning under a $1.2 million bond.
