At INC Research, Keim  will be responsible for global business development, marketing and communications, regulatory services, early clinical-phase product development services and the pediatrics division. He also will oversee INC Research&#146;s outreach efforts to Japanese pharmaceutical and biotech firms.

Keim&#146;s most recent position was chief executive officer of Vela Pharmaceuticals.
