RALEIGH, N.C. — United States Marshals have arrested a second suspect wanted in connection with a double homicide in Raleigh that occurred Oct. 29.

Authorities said Whitaker and Jamieson Jamal Tuck, 17, gunned down Jeremiah Stirrup, 23, and Lashawn Perez, 21, near Chavis Park on Oct. 27 with an AK-47-style weapon. They had been shot multiple times, investigators said.

Tuck was arrested Oct. 30.
