<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — More charges could be filed in a fatal crash that occurred Sunday morning on N.C. Highway 70 near Miami Boulevard in Durham.

Carlos Gonzalez Hernandez, 36, of Durham, is charged with felony death by vehicle in connection with the accident that killed Susan Williamson, 54, of Raleigh. Three other people were injured.

Hernandez, who was in the Durham County Jail Monday evening under a $100,000 bond, could also face charges of driving while impaired, authorities said.
