WARREN COUNTY, N.C. — A lawsuit filed against a Warrenton man and two newspapers is now withdrawn.
Warren County commissioner Luke Lucas filed a libel suit following a critical letter that Robert Lowery gave to the newspapers that was published.
There is no word why Lucas changed his mind or if a countersuit filed by Lowery will now be withdrawn.
