Holidays Set As Future Make-Up Days For Wake Students

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Schools may have to use Easter Monday and Memorial Day week as inclement weather make-up days.

Last week's

winter storm

forced the district to use up its planned make-up days.

Tuesday night, the board voted to use May 28, April 12, and June 1, 2 and 3, as make-up days for traditional calendar schools if more days are missed.
