DURHAM, N.C. — The American Tobacco Project landed another tenant.
Intersouth Partners has finalized a deal to move into Durham's historic district later in February.
Durham Mayor Bill Bell and Jim Goodmon, president and CEO of Capitol Broadcasting Co., were on hand for Tuesday's announcement.
Other local companies committed to the space under development include GlaxoSmithKline and Duke University.
