CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Nineteen more University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill students have come down with a mystery illness.
The stomach bug surfaced last week. At least 300 students have reported symptoms.
The Orange County Health Department is waiting for more tests to determine the cause, but officials are looking at something food-related.
