RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have identified a woman they found wandering around Moore Square a week ago.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons helped to identify 25-year-old Keila Jasper.
Authorities say she is a native of Trinidad with no apparent ties to Raleigh.
There is no word on how she got to Raleigh or why.
