CARY, N.C. — A teenager has pleaded guilty to raping an elderly woman at a rest home in Cary.
Gregory Davis, 17, admits he raped the 90-year-old woman in her room at the Chatham Creek Rest Home last summer. She died 10 days later.
Davis will be sentenced in April. The rest home was cited for a number of safety violations.
