RALEIGH, N.C. — Some Wake County students received a small scare Friday as their school bus crashed into another vehicle.

The accident happened at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Raleigh Boulevard.
Police said the driver of a Cadillac was waiting to make a left turn when he heard a siren approaching and slammed on his brakes. The school bus then slammed into him.
There were 40 students from Dillard Drive Elementary school on board. No one was hurt.
