CARY, N.C. — A road widening project of the past is back on the legislative agenda in Cary.
In 2002, the town proposed widening Kildaire Farm Road from two lanes to five lanes at a cost of $10.6 million.
The project is now nearing completion and engineers need approval from the General Assembly to infringe on state park property in the Hemlock Bluffs area.
