ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — Nash County investigators need your help in solving a deadly-hit-and-run incident.
On New Year's Eve, Anthony Mandee was struck and killed while crossing Raleigh Road in Rocky Mount. Police say the only information they have about the vehicle is that it is dark-colored.
