DURHAM, N.C. — There is more tax trouble for Durham City Councilman John Best.
Best is charged with a misdemeanor for not paying $67 in employment taxes and for not filing a quarterly tax report for his small business.
It is not the first time Best has had tax-related problems. Best was cited last year for failing to pay property taxes.
