DURHAM, N.C. — A man once considered Durham's most wanted fugitive is mentally fit to stand trial.
Virgil Harris remains in jail on $1.6 million bond. He faces numerous charges for a rash of violent robberies at homes and businesses.
Police say Harris used duct tape to confine some of his victims.
