HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — Traffic is flowing along southbound Interstate 95 in Harnett County after an overturned tractor-trailer caused delays.
Officials said a blown tire caused the tractor-trailer to overturn between Dunn and Benson around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
The rig was carrying produce. The interstate was shut down for nearly three hours before it reopened shortly after 2 p.m.
There were no reported injuries and no one will be charged in the incident.
