RALEIGH, N.C. — The former Miss North Carolina is appealing a decision to throw out her case.
A judge appointed to negotiate a settlement between Rebekah Revels and the Miss North Carolina pageant dismissed the case when Revels' attorney failed to turn over topless photos of her.
