Durham, N.C. — Durham police are asking for help to find a missing 4-year-old boy who may need medical attention.
Police said Josiah Foster's mother took him from his grandmother's home on Nov. 7. Since then, people have seen the boy and his mother begging for money near the Kmart on University Drive and in The Village Shopping Center at Holloway Street and Miami Boulevard.
Witnesses told police the child appears ill.
If you have any information on Foster's whereabouts, you are asked to contact Durham police at 919-560-4427.
