ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run in Rocky Mount.
Anthony Mandee, 44, of Elm City, was struck and killed as he crossed the 900 block of Raleigh Road on New Year's Eve.
Mandee was walking with some friends who witnessed the accident.
Police are looking for a dark-colored car with damage.
